Dear Mr. Sam,

"It is that time again where love is in the air…"
Cliche’s , cliche’s.
One couldt help but  wonder why people still use them( that’s why theyre called cliche’ in the first place , right?)

Well, unforrtunately what i’m bringing up today is not about compassionate, never -ending love but rather the contrary.

Talk about killjoy.

Dear Mr Sam,

Just last week,i hitched up with a chinese guy.i’ve known him for 5 months but only now i accept him into my life considering his relentless tries.
just when things starting to run smoothly, my stubborness and ego wrecks chaos into our budding romance.
uc, i can never accept that i’m wrong.
One night , he promised me to take me out for dinner but somehow he didnt show up.
The thing is , he didnt even called. Imagine my anticipation and eagerness for him to come and pick me up ended in such an abrupt, blunt way.

As it turns out , his car broke down. His handphone was in low battery and public phones are miles away…
Anyone in the right mind will forgive him right? He even have the decency to say sorry.
But i cant. And that is my exact problem.
I yelled at him to not ever speak, phone or even see me again.

The problem is, he took it seriously.

We havent spoken for three days.
He has always been a joker, why cant he understand that it is a scientific fact that women tend to get emotional on things?

This is not the first time. Before this i had a pretty serious ralationship with a chinese guy too.
6 years we were together. He was damned serious he sent a rombongan meminang and become a muallaf.
I turned him down. I thought i was too young to get married. My excuse was completely reasonable, right?
He was so broken-hearted , i never heard of him since.
The only thing i knew is his muslim name, Muhammad Faizull.

Right, now my plea is how to say sorry when we were not even in speaking terms?
Besides, i can never be wrong remember?
Does it have to be ME to say sorry?
A true gentlemen will always " pujuk"  his lady whoever is wrong.
Right?

                                                                                                             -Kak Aney-

Okay, hold it right there.
Before u got any ideas, this is NOT me.
She’s a friend of mine, tak caya tanya my 0.5 mile radius friend( refer to article "Rookie worker’s dilemma")
I cannot give her the solution so i’ll guess anybody whose had experience this kind of problem should suggest something.
Something practical please, she being forced to say sorry has been ruled out.
they’re not on speaking terms remember?
I guess, the fact for the guy to say sorry seems doubtful. After all, he’s a SNAG kinda guy( Sensitive New Age Guy )

P/s : Happy Valentines day!
